Louise Spindler - Myotherapist & Remedial Massage Therapist
Louise is qualified Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist. She completed her studies at the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy. Dry needling, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching and cupping are just a few of the techniques used in her treatments. Louise has treated a large variety of different clients including athletes, regular gym goers, corporate workers, tradespeople and pregnant women. She encourages all of her clients to be aware of their posture as this is often the cause of pain and prescribes corrective exercises and stretching to help clients gain a neutral posture. |
